Hi World, My name is Anne. I started this blog to share about my heart, my passion, my struggles, my life and what I want to do about them. I also believe that being a woman, we need support communities. I work full time as a GM for a Germany company in a foreign land, I get stressed out, I am sandwiched in. How do I survive as a Godly Christian in this environment? How do I allow God's light to shine? How do I find balance in my work life and my marriage life. And also how do I build up relationships with my loved ones and family?
So many things to do, so where do I start?
I made a choice, I am offering up my 5 loaves and 2 fishes to Jesus, to allow God to use my skills, my learning, my ups and downs to teach me and for me to mentor others through my learning.
I found that I give good advises during my one-on-one alignment of my team members. And after that, I tell myself - "Take some of your own medicine!". Sometimes, when I am outside of the problem, I give the best advice! So I am going to pen down my thoughts here, so that I can read them again and apply some of my own medicine!
This blog is for me, to deal with my heart, my attitude, to give insight to myself, and have alignment with God's words, will and purpose for my life. If I am able to help another person along the way, to God be the glory.
A leader must be teachable, my heart must be in the right place.
Holy Spirit, I allow you to correct and align my heart to your will. Teach me and mold me into your ways Lord. You know my struggles here in Indonesia, you also know my husband's struggles. I surrender them to you, because your ways are higher than mine. I trust you and I surrender all my anger, frustrations, my worries, my teams' target, my teams' heart into your hands. Guard my heart. remove all ego, all pride from it, so that it will be filled with your love, that whatever I said or not say, will be a true reflection of a pure heart. In Jesus' name, Amen.
